After opening its Dallas office in August 2012, Thomas Title & Escrow completed its second full year in Texas today. The office is anchored by professionals who have decades of experience in commercial title and escrow. The Texas operations reported revenue growth of 200% year over year. The firm is aggressively moving to hire additional professionals and expects continued growth in 2015. The firm’s growth strategy includes developing full-service locations in other areas of the fast-growing Texas market. The firm also expects to obtain licenses in a majority of states during 2015, which will significantly expand its capabilities for national commercial work. The firm’s Dallas office provides a wide range of products and services to national and international businesses, with a focus on providing title insurance and real estate settlement services for complex commercial transactions. Commercial business accounted for nearly all of the firm’s revenues in Texas for 2014.
