Thomas Title & Escrow Acquires Intravest Title Assets and Announces Residential Division

Scottsdale, AZ (July 15, 2015) — Thomas Title & Escrow has expanded its residential service offerings substantially with the acquisition of certain assets from the former Intravest Title Agency.
As of July 15, 2015, Intravest Title is no longer an operating business, and Thomas Title & Escrow has assumed all of its open orders. In addition to orders acquired, Thomas Title hired 26 of the former Intravest employees to join its team. These former employees add depth and experience to the Thomas residential platform. Intravest Title’s shareholders will have no involvement in Thomas Title’s operations.
Due to the changing regulatory and lending environment, Thomas Title had been looking to grow larger and diversify its revenue streams. This acquisition provides Thomas Title with an opportunity to (i) be a full-service provider of title and escrow services, (ii) immediately double the size of its Arizona operations, and (iii) solicit its existing client base for residential business.
